The company is led by Manpreet Singh Kochar, a highly motivated senior level Brand Marketing professional with over 20 years of Multi Sector experience across Retail / Consumer Banking, Multi Industry Conglomerates, FMCG, Telecom and Media & Entertainment, with strong leadership skills displaying passion, dynamism, multitasking abilities and versatility. Launching and setting up industries, brands, segments, products and services structures. With a key forte towards helping organizations is defining their structure, identifying talent, recruitment, building teams, training, mentoring and establishing of systems and processes in place.

An ex- Ranji trophy player, a long time banker, musician, dancer, entertainer, and a full-time listener. With varied interests, he knows a thing or two about passions.
